It has been 38 years since the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) took over from the University of Barcelona in organizing the 2nd Conference on Universities and Special Education with the theme "Therapeutic Pedagogy: Universities and Special Education."

In 2024, we are once again taking on the organization of the 19th International Congress and the 39th Conference of the Network of Universities and Inclusive Education (RUEI), this time with the theme "Weaving Inclusive Networks: School + Community + Research."

In this 19th edition, our goal is to contribute to the development of more inclusive educational and social contexts with topics related to four areas: Inclusive School, Community Inclusion, Inclusive Methodologies, and Network Creation.

From this welcoming city, such as Donostia-San Sebastián, we invite you to participate in this International Congress, a space for building connections among stakeholders who, in one way or another, advocate for equity and the inclusion of all individuals.
