XIX INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS AND XXXIX CONFERENCE ON UNIVERSITIES AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

01.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPERS

Authors wishing to be considered for the publication of their work must submit the complete written communication by February 5.

The full written extensive work must adhere to the Full Paper Template  format and should be submitted through the Full Paper Submission form located at the end of this same section.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All individuals listed in a communication must be registered for the conference and have paid the corresponding fee.

  • The full paper is an expansion of the abstract presented and accepted for the conference.
    Papers must be submitted within the specified deadlines.

  • Papers must conform to the specific submission requirements.

  • Each author may appear in a maximum of 2 papers.

  • It is advisable to have a maximum of 3 or 4 authors per paper.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  • In the case of works in Spanish, the length will be 5000 words, including references. In the case of works in Basque (euskera), the length will be 6000-7500 words, including references.

  • Each submitted work must meet the conditions outlined in each template.

  • In addition to the names and affiliations of co-authors, each communication should include the following sections:
    • Title (maximum 25 words)
    • Thematic Area
    • 5 or 6 keywords
    • Abstract
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results and conclusions
    • References

 

02.
DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF FULL PAPERS

Each proposal will be evaluated by two members of the Scientific Committee.

The review process is blind, and the evaluation criteria will be as follows:

  • Relevance to the conference's thematic areas.
  • Scientific quality of the proposal.
  • Content of the abstract: presentation of the most relevant aspects, such as the type of work, the context in which it is carried out, objectives, methodology, progress of results, etc.
  • Clarity of the presentation.

The Scientific Committee will assess the received proposals based on the mentioned criteria and will communicate acceptance, rejection, and/or the need for revision to the corresponding author.

03.
PUBLICATION OF SELECTED PAPERS

The Scientific Committee will get in touch with the authors whose works have been selected for publication in some of the publications to incorporate the modifications and suggestions made by the Committee itself. Once the improvement and revision work is completed, the final, fully adapted text will be sent according to the publication's criteria.

The Scientific Committee will review the submissions in accordance with the mentioned quality criteria and will specify the final acceptance of each work during the months of April and May.
